- Jan. 27th, Foot Traffic Northeast (4020 NE Fremont St.)
- Meet at: 9am | Run/Walk: 9:15am
- 10am: Raffle, green pancakes and beer, and fun!
- FREE EVENT! Free gift to first 25 to RSVP!
- 2, 4, and 6 mile options on our “clover” course.
- Everyone gets a raffle ticket when you finish. Prizes from sponsors and the race!
- Registration options for the Shamrock Run that day as well!
- RESOLUTION SALE! Big discounts on all gear in the store and closeouts on shoes and apparel.

2.) TRAIN LUCKY Shamrock prep training series + shirt!

Join the TRAIN LUCKY Shamrock prep training series!

- - Series takes place on 3 consecutive Saturday mornings before the race.
  - Free group run/walk plus a training education topic for each meeting!
  - Includes Free Tech training shirt! See image above!
  - ADDITIONAL GROUP WORKOUT DATES:
    - Vancouver, Feb. 3rd @ 8am: Nutrition and fueling for the run. 3-6 mile options.
    - Sellwood, Feb. 10th @ 8am: Building a stronger runner and walker. 3-6-9 mile options.
    - Cedar Mill, Feb. 17th @ 8am: How to get fast with intervals & fartleks! 3-6-9 mile options
    - BONUS DAY FEB. 24th @ 8am! Join the FIRST DAY of FOOT TRAFFIC UNIVERSITY, our 5-month- group trianing program for free on Feb. 24th.

The Shamrock Run and Walk is BACK in 2024 and we can’t wait to see you outside, moving, and having fun! Foot Traffic and the Shamrock Run are joining forces again this year to bring you our annual pre-party fun run and walk, the Shamrock Shakeout.
