Happy feet means a happy YOU! Go ahead and test ‘em out. If you are unsatisfied, just make sure you return them within 60 days. If the shoes are dirty or in used condition, no problem — we do EXCHANGES on worn items and will gladly fit you for another pair or issue store credit. If they are in like new resalable condition* with all packaging materials attached we can give a full refund!
ONLINE RETURNS: Original shipping paid by customer is non-refundable. Any current, non-closeout** purchases includes 1 FREE shipping on a return. We’ll cover the cost of shipping the item back and will provide a store credit or exchange if the shoes are not in a resalable condition.* If the shoes arrive brand new with original packaging, we will issue a full refund if requested. Again, any item that is considered closeout (see below) will not have covered return shipping. No exceptions.
*What is considered a CLOSEOUT item? Any item discounted 20% or more is considered closeout. Any current, non closeout purchases includes 1 free shipping on a return. Any item 20% off or more is considered closeout.
*What is new resalable condition? Items must have original tags attached and other goods must be in new condition (ie. how YOU would want it if you bought something new and opened it at home!
How To Return An Item
1. Please email (insert email link) to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Then, mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn excessively, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Exchanges
If your clothing or other item is in like new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
