Free Shamrock Shakeout Run/Walk on January 25th

SHAMROCK SHAKEOUT KICK OFF:

  • Jan. 24th, Foot Traffic Northeast (4020 NE Fremont St.)
  • Meet at: 9am | Run/Walk: 9:15am
  • 10am: Raffle, green pancakes and beer, and fun!
  • FREE EVENT! Free gift to first 25 to RSVP!
  • 2, 4, and 6 mile options on our “clover” course.
  • Everyone gets a raffle ticket when you finish. Prizes from sponsors and the race!
  • Registration options for the Shamrock Run that day as well!
  • RESOLUTION SALE! Big discounts on all gear in the store and closeouts on shoes and apparel.

Choose from:

  • “Couch to Sham” training. Let’s start from the beginning! We’ll get you ready for a 5K or 8K in just 5 weeks! Weekly progression of 2 miles, 3 miles, 3 miles, 3 miles.
  • “Final Prep” Shamrock 15K/Half: Jump in for some long workouts with friends for your final push to race day. Weekly progression of 6 miles, 7 miles, 8 miles, 9 miles.

  • ONLY $35 for 4 weeks of training and the SHIRT!
  1. Foot Traffic Vancouver, Jan. 31st: Building strength and addressing injuries now. 2 and 6 mile options.
  2. Foot Traffic on NW 23rd, Feb. 7th: Nutrition and Fueling for the long workout. 3 and 7 mile options.
  3. Cedar Mill, Feb. 14th: Fast is relative. Improving YOUR speed with intervals, hills, & fartleks. 3 and 8 mile options
  4. Southeast, FEB. 21st! Joining the first day of GO PORTLAND, our 5-month- group training program for free! 2 and 3 mile options (or 9 miles for those prepping for Shamrock Half or 15K).
