Cutoff and time limit information:
There is a 4 hour cut off for this event. Please plan accordingly. If you feel that you cannot make the 4 hour cut-off for this race, we suggest the quarter marathon! We added that distance to allow you to traverse some beautiful vineyards and still have plenty of time for wine tasting! This is a hilly and scenic course, so plan accordingly, enjoy the scenery and expect a longer finish time.
Check back here often in case there are updates to the race day schedule due to weather changes.
Parking will be at the lot immediately adjacent to the park on 5th Street in a large field. See image. We require that all households, spectators, and participants come in one vehicle as allowed. Thank you for understanding and making arrival smooth!
Courses are tentative and for general reference only. Final course maps in process.
Start times: 6:50am, 7:15am, and 7:16am
This is a moderately challenging course that turns back before hitting the larger hills that the Half Marathon features. The first 4 miles feature a mix of rolling hills and flat trails with lots of amazing views of parks and the Lake! There are at least 6 water stations on this course and each water station will be equipped with water, electrolyte (Nuun), as well as Energy Gels. There will bathroom stops at 3-4 spots along the course as well! There is a 4.5 HOUR TIME LIMIT ON THIS DISTANCE.
