Joining the biggest holiday virtual race in the region is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1.) Grab a loved one or close friends and complete your chosen distance anytime between Dec. 13th and Dec. 26th. You can do this on one of our multiple “open-course” options from our stores (listed below) or you can do it from your own neighborhood! Grab some friends or family and make your race day!
2.) Submit in your results! Simply respond to our automated text or email that we will send out prior to the first day or email them to results@hubertiming.com
3.) Share photos, wear your awesome swag and medal proudly, and keep on moving

There are no refunds for this race, no exceptions. However, transfers (to different distances or to different people) are FREE until bibs are assembled approximately 12 days before the race and $10 after that.

LIVE OUT OF THE AREA & NEED IT SHIPPED?
Live out of the area or cannot get your packet? No problem! Simply submit your mailing address by clicking the button below and we will ship your packet to you. YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR out-of-area ADDRESS TO HAVE YOUR PACKET MAILED. We will not ship any packet unless the address is included in this form. NOTE I: We reserve the right to request covering the cost of the shipping for locations outside of the US or that exceed $10 per packet. NOTE II: Mailed packets are not estimated to be received by participants until the Dec. 17th-30th.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- How long do I have to do the race? You have two weeks from Dec. 13th to Dec. 26th to complete your race(s).
- How are we doing the packet distribution? We are offering a bib pick up over the course of multiple days before the race (dates to be announced soon). If you want your items BEFORE the official race date, you will also need to pick them up at these times given that the items will likely not be able to be packaged and sent in time after they are received the week before the race.
- Can I have my items shipped? YES, you can! We encourage folks to pick up at our multiple safe and spread out bib pick up dates if you are local given it will expedite the shipping and delivery process. But we know some of you will be unable to attend these. There will be an address form to fill out a few weeks before to request this option. You must request it in order to get your items via mail. See below for shipping times.
- How much does it cost to have my items shipped? There is no cost to have your items shipped if you are in the continental US. Outside the US or Alaska or Hawaii will incur an extra charge based on location. We will inform you of the shipping cost dependent on your location.
- When can you ship my items? Given that most items will not arrive to us until the week of the race, it will be unlikely that we will be able to ship the packets to participants before Dec. 13th. But…given that the race date is open for two weeks, we will first focus on in-store packet pick up dates the week prior to the race and then begin shipping items out immediately after.
- How do I submit my results? You will get a results link email and texted to you before the race date. You will simply respond to those with your results! If you do not get those, you can also just email them to results@hubertiming.com
- I need to change my address. How do I do that? Simply email info@foottraffic.us to do this!
- Can I do this race if I’m out of town? YES! That’s the beauty of a virtual race. We’ll ship your items to you!
