• ALL MEETS are Thursday Nights at Overlook Park in North Portland with the following schedule: 
  
  • 1,500m 5:00pm (Grade 3,4)

    Prize $$ for the open races this year!

  • 2,000m 5:20pm (Grade 5,6)
    
  • 3,000m 5:40pm (Grade 7,8)
    
  • 3,000m 6:00pm (Open Race) *Prize money!
    
• Adult Open Race at 6pm! Don't miss it! There's $100 purse at each meet!

2010 was a great success with nearly 2,000 participants over the 5 weeks of track meets. We hope you join us again next summer.

It's a Portland summertime tradition hosted by your favorite running store, Foot Traffic. Don't miss it! Fun for the entire family. All ages welcome!

Featured Event: Predict-a-Mile. The runner that finishes closest to their predicted mile time (chosen before the race starts) wins a special award (TBA). Slow, fast, anyone can win!

All NE events at Grant High School track.

All Lake Oswego events are at the Lake Oswego H.S. track

COST: $2 (please bring small bills!)

 

EVENT SCHEDULE (events are on a "rolling start" so start times are APPROXIMATE)

6pm-7:30pm: All field events start
(high jump, long jump, softball throw, shotput)
6:00pm: 60 meter dash (Ages 10 and under ONLY)
6:20pm: 100 meter dash (Ages 11 and older ONLY)
6:40pm: Predict mile (ALL AGES!)
7:00pm: 400 meters (Ages 11 and older ONLY)
7:10pm: 800 meters (Agest 11 and older ONLY)
7:20pm: 200 meters (ALL AGES!)
7:30pm: 4x100 family relay (ALL AGES!)
7:45pm: TWILIGHT DISTANCE EVENT: alternates between 5K & 1,500 each night. (ALL AGES!)
